Yerba Mate (Organic, Roasted, Cut and Sifted)

Yerba Mate is a plant indigenous to the subtropical rainforests of Paraguay, Argentina, and Brazil, and the leaves are used to make medicine. Mate is gaining popularity in the U.S. for its robust antioxidant content and for its natural ability to boost energy, improve mood, and aid weight-loss. This stimulating herbal tea, has the ability, to energize without the nervousness and jitters associated with coffee. Yerba mate contains caffeine and other chemicals which stimulate the brain, heart, muscles lining blood vessels, and other parts of the body.
