In the kitchen… To nullify common cooking odors, add a few drops of Cinnamon, Clove, Grapefruit or Lemon essential oil to a deep pan of simmering filtered water. To keep refrigerator fresh and clean-smelling, add 4-5 drops of Bergamot, Lemon, Lemongrass or Grapefruit to clean, dampened sponge and use to clean the shelves, side walls, compartments inside. As a multi-purpose natural cleaning agent, mix 1 cup of white vinegar, 2 cups of filtered water and 10-12 drops of Orange, Lemon or Grapefruit in a spray bottle. In the bathroom, as a natural freshener, add 3-4 drops of Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Peppermint or Spearmint on to a paper towel sheet, cotton ball or soft tissue; Place behind toilet or sink. Throughout the home, near doorways, garage entrances, and other entry areas to discourage ‘unwanted visitors’ , add 6-8 drops of essential oil on an absorbent paper towel sheet, tissue or cotton ball and place where they may enter.
