This type of coffee is between a washed coffee and a natural process coffee.
It is fruity, but in a natural fruity taste. It is referred as honey due to the amount of mucilage the processor leaves on the coffee parchment. The more mucilage the processor leaves, the more honey like flavor the coffee acquires.
TASTING NOTES: fruity, sweet and honey flavors.
