A caffeine-free tea, made with all three Holy Basil varieties to create a delicious calming, yet energizing tea. A well-balanced tea to promote health, well-being, and a relaxed balanced state of mind and body.
Ingredients: Organic Holy Basil Krishna, Organic Holy Basil Rama, Organic Holy Basil Vana, Organic Lavender Flowers, Organic Linden Blossom, Organic Rosehips, Organic Spearmint Leaf, and Organic Lemon Verbena.
Warning: Not to be used if pregnant, Organic Holy Basil Krishna Leaf, may modify glucose regulation.
Directions: Steep 1 tsp. in 8-12 oz. of boiling water for five minutes.

Tulsi/Holy Basil has always been one of my favorite herbal teas. This is the best blend I’ve ever had. My 9 year old also loves this tea before bed (and she was not previously a huge fan of holy basil tea until she tried this one). THe other herbs perfectly compliments the holy basil.
The quality is top notch. The shipping was quick. And the packaging/presentation was perfect.
