This is a natural CUT and SIFTED formulation of our popular tea Heavenly Milk.
This is a caffeine-free tea, formulated with a powerful blend of herbs and spices to help relieve pain and to assist with a restful night’s sleep.
Ingredients: Organic Turmeric Root, Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Clove, Organic Nutmeg, and Organic Madagascar Vanilla.
Directions: This tea may be made with water, dairy milk or nut milk (almond, walnut, or coconut).
In a sauce pan, heat 8 to 12 oz of liquid, add 2 teaspoons, to simmer for 10 minutes.
Best when sweetened with honey.
May be served over ice or hot.
