Elderflower (Organic, Cut and Sifted)

Elderflower is the flower of the elder tree. An extract of the flower is used to make medicine. Elderflower is reportedly used for the common cold, flu (influenza), and swelling (inflammation) of the nasal cavity and sinuses (rhinosinusitis), however as with many medicinal plants there is limited scientific information available to fully validate the effectiveness, and safety, so please consult your physician before use.
