Description
This is a caffeine-free tea made with chamomile and other delicious herbs and spices, providing a soothing blend to help promote calm relaxation just before bed.
We use Egyptian Chamomile as it is smoother, as compared to the German (a.k.a. Roman) chamomile herb. Egyptian chamomile tea is deep yellow in color and has a natural sweet, floral taste.
Ingredients: Organic Egyptian Chamomile, Organic Peppermint Leaf, Organic Skullcap, Organic Wood Betony, Organic Catnip, and Organic Red Rose Petals.
Directions: Steep 1 tsp. in 8-12 oz. of boiling water for five minutes.

The chamomile is smooth, not overpowering in flavoring, which allows for the other herbs to shine through. Very nice blend!
