This non-drowsy homeopathic medicine that includes Arnica montana (a mountain plant from the daisy family) is not habit forming and quinine-free. Dosage
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, chew or allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth, up to 6 times per day. For ecercise-induced cramps and spasms, take before, during, and after activity. Contains dextrose; consider rinsing mouth with water if taken at bedtime.
Instructions

Stop Use Indications
