To make Holy Trinity, we start with blending three varieties of organic Holy Basil (Rama, Krishna, and Vana).
Holy basil is also referred to as TULSI in the ancient Indian System of Ayurveda. After blending Holy Basil, we then compliment the flavor with Lavender, Spearmint, and Rosehips, and finish it off with Linden Blossom, Lemon Verbena, and Ashwagandha.
Ashwagandha is commonly used for stress. It is also used as an “adaptogen” for many other conditions – which are theorized to help the body resist physiological and psychological stress. Ashwagandha has been reported to have numerous health benefits, so Holy Trinity is much more than meets the eye.
Often described as a delicately floral spearmint tea, Holy Trinity provides also provides the benefits of Holy Basil and other complimentary herbs.
